The Site is the property of Unicom. Before you make any purchases, by adding product(s) in Cart you must first establish a customer account (“My Account”). 

BY CLICKING “CREATE AN ACCOUNT,” YOU (VISITOR) AGREE TO THIS TERMS OF USE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THIS TERMS OF USE, THEN DO NOT CLICK ON THE BUTTON AND DO NOT USE THE SITE/STORE.

Storefloor.pk reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, alter, add or remove portions and statements of these Terms of Use, at any time. It is your (visitor’s) responsibility to check these Terms of Use each time before using the Site. Your continued use of the Site and following the posting or adding the changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. 

You (customer/visitor) agree that all subsequent purchases by you will be subject to and you agree the terms and conditions of these Terms of Use, which shall apply until we post or modified Terms of Use and then in accordance with such modified, altered Terms ofUse. 

As long as you comply, submit or adopt with these Terms of Use and any such alters or modifications, Storefloor.pk grants you (“End User) a personal, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Store/Site.

Registration; Customer Accounts; Use of Site.

Certain services like adding products in cart, newsletter subscription etc. offered on or through the Site it is essential for you to  open a customer account (“My Account”) first. You are totally responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and secrecy of your “My Account” information, including your password, and for all activity and actions that occurs under your My Account. You agree to notify or inform Storefloor.pk immediately of any unauthorized or illegal use of your account or password, or of any other breach of security. You may be held liable or responsible for losses incurred by Storefloor.pk or by any other user, customer or visitor of the Site due to someone else using your password or customer account. You may not use and not allowed anyone else’s password or customer account at any time from anywhere. You may not gain or attempt to gain unauthorized or illegal access to the Site. if you attempt to do so intentionally or unintentionally or should you assist or guide others in making such attempts, or distributing or teaching instructions, software or other tools for this purpose, your “My Account” will be blocked and terminated. You agree to provide us with exact, accurate, current, up to dated and complete information about yourself and your shipping and billing information as prompted by the registration process. You may update or change any of your My Account information, designate a different or other credit card to be billed, or change the applicable expiration date on your currently designated credit or debit card, by clicking on the My Account button and selecting the appropriate link. You also agree that Storefloor.pk may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice not bound to inform to you, may terminate your access to the Site and your My Account for any reason, or without any reason including without limitation:

(1) attempts to gain or interrupt unauthorized access to the Site or assistance or guidance to others’ attempting to do so,

(2) attempting to overcome, breach or overcoming software security features and web security limiting use of or protecting any Content,

(3) attempted, attacked or actual discontinuance, interruption or material modification of the Site or any service offered on or through the Site,

(4) violations of these Terms of Use (Terms of Condition),

(5) failure to pay for item purchases,

(6) suspected, unsuspected or actual copyright infringement,

(7) unexpected operational difficulties and problems, or

(8) requests or application by law enforcement, police or other government agencies. 

You agree that Storefloor.pk will not be liable or responsible to you or to any third party for termination or deletion of your access to theSite.

Consent or Permission to Collection, Use & Disclosure of Your Personal Information.

As more fully and detailed described in our Privacy Policy, (click here to view), you must disclose and share with us certain PII (Personally Identifiable Information) to use our Site, register, and make purchases. As a condition of registering with our Site or making any purchases of any products or items and/or services or held/conduct any transactions, you represent or show that you have first read and agree with our Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, use, share and disclosure of your PII (Personally Identifiable Information) and NPII (Non-Personally Identifiable Information) as described and detailed in our Privacy Policy. While Storefloor.pk takes necessary and reasonable steps or initiatives to safeguard, protect and to prevent unauthorized access to your personal information, we cannot be responsible or liable for the acts and attacks of those who gain unauthorized access, and we make no warranty and guaranty, express, implied, or otherwise, that we will prevent unauthorized access or attack to your private information.

IN NO EVENT SHALL STOREFLOOR.PK,IT’S EMPLOYS OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES (WHETHER CONSEQUENTIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE,  INCIDENTAL, ACCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR OTHERWISE) ARISING OUT OF, OR IN ANY STYLE OR WAY CONNECTED WITH, A THIRD PARTY’S UNAUTHORIZED OR UNATHIC ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES AND LOSSES ARE BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY,RESPONSIBILTY OR OTHER THEORIES OF LIABILITY, AND ALSO REGARDLESS OF WHETHER STOREFLOOR.PK WAS PROVIDED AND GIVEN ACTUAL OR CONSTRUCTIVE NOTICE OF THAT DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE.

Consent To Our Communication With You or with our customers By E-Mail. By creating or establishing a “My Account” with us, and each time you make a purchase or buy through our Site, you granted permission or allowance for Storefloor.pk to contact with you at your e-mail address. To stop and prohibit receiving our marketing emails, send an e-mail to us at help@storefloor.pk or follow the opt-out procedures and criteria set forth in such marketingemails.

Conditions of Sale and Payment Terms.

To purchase or buy any items, goods, and/or services on our Site, you must

(a) be at least sixteen (16) years old by age,

(b) be a natural person (no partnerships, dealership, corporations or other legal entities), and

(c) be a Pakistani resident. Before to the purchase or buying of any goods or items or services on our Site, you are bound to provide us payment information. All sales of/on products, items and services are final. All charges and expenses from those sales are nonrefundable.

Methods and Types of Payment, Credit Card Terms and Taxes.

All payments must be transfer to Storefloor.pk’s Bank account title with “storefloor” or “unicom”, internet Transfer, Easy Paisa, Jazz Cash, COD or direct deposit on Given & Approved Account Names. (This list of approved payment methods is subject to change by Storefloor.pk in its sole discretion). Unless expressly set forth on the site, we do not accept any other form of payment.

On Credit Card (Visa, Master) Payments 2.99% will be charged Extra. International Payments are accepted via Western Union and MoneyGram.

If we accept or offer any other form of payment for any specific/particular transaction, then you hereby are agree to all restrictions, terms and conditions that are associated with such additional type of payment. Agreement of your card issuer governs your use of your designated card, and you must have to refer to that agreement and not these Terms of Use or terms of conditions to determine your rights and liabilities as a owner or cardholder.

YOU, ANY CUSTOMER AND NOT STOREFLOOR.PK, ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ANY UNAUTHORIZED AMOUNTS BILLED TO YOUR OR CUSTOMER’S CREDIT CARD BY A THIRD PARTY.

You agree to pay all fees and charges including applicable taxes if any incurred in connection with your purchases at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. If Storefloor.pk does not receive payment from your Bank or any other agent, then you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand by Storefloor.pk or its agents. You are liable and responsible to pay any governmental taxes, fees or fines imposed on your buying or purchases, by including, by adding, sales, use or value-added taxes, but that is not limited to.

Order Acceptance Policy. 

Your electronic receipt or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order on our site, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Storefloor.pk reserves the right at any time after generating receipt of your order you made to accept or decline your order for any reason. Storefloor.pk further reserves the right any time after generating receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less or in parts than the quantity you ordered on our store of any item. Your order will be deemed accepted by Storefloor.pk upon shipment of items/products or performance of services that you have ordered, or upon the completion of the license or agreement and delivery of a Digital Download, as indicated or highlighted by our servers. Title to goods and all risk of product loss passes to you upon delivery to the common carrier. We may require or demand additional verifications or further information before accepting any order. Storefloor.pk is a reseller to serve to end users and does not accept orders from resellers, shopkeepers, exporters, wholesalers, any businesses of any type for commercial resale or any other customers who intend to resell.

Importing Products. 

Some of the products offered for sell on the Storefloor.pk site must be imported from China or any other Country. If you order products or items that must be shipped from Other Country, then you should understand and keep in mind that your order may take longer to arrive. More importantly, your purchase of imported products may impose legal responsibilities and obligations upon you. If you order products or items to be imported from Other Country, then by that order you agree that you are responsible and liable to make sure

(1) that the product or item can lawfully enter the destination country; and

(2) that you agree and comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. When you receive imported products via international shipment, you may be required to pay import duty, customs taxes and/or fees. If there are any additional or extra charges for those taxes, duties or fees, or for customs clearance charges then you are responsible to pay them. Storefloor.pk does not control the amount or timing of any charges, duties, taxes or fees. Those are set and applied by the destination country and we cannot estimate or declare what those costs might be for any particular item, product or destination. We highly recommend that you have to contact with your local customs office with any questions and query or if you need more information.

No Responsibility or liability to Sell Mispriced Products or Services.

Storefloor.pk shall have the complete right to reject, refuse, reduce or cancel any orders placed for items/products and/or services listed on our store at an incorrect price, rebate or refund, or containing any other incorrect or false information or typographical errors. Storefloor.pk shall have the right to refuse, reject, reduce or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and whether or not your Payment has been transferred. If your payment has been transferred already in our account for the purchase purpose and your order is canceled, refused or rejected then Storefloor.pk shall Deposit or transfer a credit to your Bank account in the amount of the charge.

Modifications and changes to Prices or Billing Terms.

STOREFLOOR.PK RESERVES THE RIGHT, AT ANY TIME, TO CHANGE OR ALTER ITS PRICES OF PRODUCTS SOLD AND SERVICES AND BILLING METHODS,IT WILL BE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON POSTING ON THE SITE OR UPON E-MAIL TRANSMITTAL TO YOU.

Warranty, Technical Service and Support for Goods Sold.

All requests to us for warranty claims, technical service or any support should be made directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and conditions and policies.

Indemnification.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless, affiliates, subsidiaries, service providers, licensors,  other End Users, distributors, supplier channels, officers, directors, CEO’s and employees from any demand and claim, including with reasonable attorneys’ or lawyer’s fees, made by any third party or persons arising out of or that related to your violation of these Terms of Use, or your violation of any law or rule, regulation or third-party right. If you fail to assume such defense, then Storefloor.pk may defend the action in any manner or style that it deems appropriate, and you agree to pay the charges, fees or fines to Storefloor.pk all costs, including reasonable attorneys’ or lawyer’s fees, that we incur in effecting such defense in addition to any sum that we have to required to pay by any reason of any settlement, decision or judgment against Storefloor.pk. The provisions of this Section, and the indemnity hereunder, will/shall survive these Terms of Use and TOC and any performance hereunder.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. 

THE ENTIRE AND REMAINING RISK ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE SITE, THE USE OF ANY ITEMS,PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES OFFERED ON OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE STORE/SITE, AND/OR THE USE OF ANY CONTENT OR PAGES AND/OR DIGITAL DOWNLOADS REMAINS WITH YOU. IN NO EVENT SHALL STOREFLOOR.PK OR ITS LICENSORS OR ANY OF THEIR OFFICERS,AGENTS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, DEVELOPERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL,ACCIDENTAL, INCIDENTAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT,TEMPORARRY, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS,BUSINESS REPUTATION, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OF USE AND SERVICES OR THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE ANY PRODUCTS,ITEMS, SERVICES, CONTENT,PAGES, IMAGES AND/OR DIGITAL DOWNLOADS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTIONWITH THE DELAY OR INABILITY TO USE THE STOREFLOOR.PK SITE OR RELATED SERVICES, ARISING OUT OF THE PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE ITEMS, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY INFORMATION, SOFTWARE,ITEMS, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND CONTENT OBTAINED VIA THE SITE, OR OTHERWISE ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE STOREFLOOR.PK SITE WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE EVEN IF STOREFLOOR.PK HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OR PROBABILITY  OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING ELSE IN THESE TERMS OF USE OR POSTED ON THE SITE, THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY THAT STOREFLOOR.PK SHALL HAVE IS LIMITED TO ANY AMOUNTS ACTUALLY PAID TO STOREFLOOR.PK BY END USER. ORDER INFORMATION SUCH AS NAME, MOBILE NUMBER, BILLING OR SHIPPING ADDRESS THAT IS INACCURATE OR INCOMPLETE MAY RESULT IN DELAYS THAT SHALL NOT BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF STOREFLOOR.PK. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILTY DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITED REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN REPRESENT AN INSEPARABLE ALLOCATION OF RISK (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IN THE EVENT OF A TOTAL AND FUNDAMENTAL BREACH OF THESE TERMS OF USE) THAT IS AN ESSENTIAL BASIS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN THE PARTIES.

Policy to Terminate Privileges for Copyright Infringement. 

Storefloor.pk can terminate or cancel the account of any customer or visitor, or vendor who uses his or her privileges to unlawfully transmit or transfer copyrighted material without a license, fair use privilege or valid defense to do so. After proper notification by the copyright holder or its agent to Storefloor.pk and after that confirmation via court order or an admission by the customer that an account has been an instrument of unlawful infringement, Storefloor.pk will terminate and cancel the infringing customer’s account. Storefloor.pk may also in its sole discretion decide to terminate a customer’s account privileges prior to that time if it has a good faith belief that such unlawful infringement has in fact occurred.
